The view from the upper floors of the hotel is absolutely breathtaking. Being able to see the whole city from up high is truly amazing. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Their dedication and professionalism were outstanding. Special shoutout to Joshua Chu, who helped me when my son was unwell. The location of the hotel is also great, with easy access to transportation and nearby amenities. Lastly, the breakfast at the hotel was of high quality and the taste was exceptional.

I had the most amazing experience at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly luxurious and tastefully decorated. I stayed in a Premium room, which had a spacious main room and a marble bathroom that was almost as big. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the comfy bed ensured a great night's sleep. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the gym with its breathtaking views. The location was fantastic, with a lotte mall right next door for all your shopping needs. Additionally, the hotel was connected to a tower, making it convenient to explore the shopping mall and department store.
