We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with our room being spacious and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were great, especially the gym and room service. We also appreciated the free parking and convenient location. The hotel was connected to the subway, making it easy to explore this city and visit touristy places. Moreover, we loved the delicious Kim Chi stew served at breakfast. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with spotless rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were outstanding, including a well-equipped fitness center and a beautiful cocktail lounge on the 37th floor. We were thrilled with the convenient location, as it was just a short walk to a large shopping mall and a key stop on the metro. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room we stayed in was incredibly spacious, even compared to other luxury 5-star hotels. The bed-sheet and bed were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a modern and clean room that had all the necessary amenities. The hotel is conveniently connected to a shopping mall, making it easy to kill time and indulge in some retail therapy. We also loved the excellent service provided by the staff, who were always ready to assist us. The room service was prompt and the food was deliciously prepared. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to public transport and shopping malls. It was a great base for exploring the city and finding delectable local cuisine, such as the mouthwatering Kim Chi stew.

The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were excellent, providing friendly and helpful service throughout our stay. The hotel's location in the heart of the Financial district was convenient, with great shopping options in the adjacent mall and easy access to public transportation, including the metro station connected to the hotel. We also appreciated the hotel's parking options and the fact that an airport shuttle bus stop was conveniently located at the hotel entrance.

The hotel was delightful in providing advice to me, on multiple occasions, especially on the best ways to get to Nami Island and see the spectacular autumn foliage. The location, just a couple of blocks from the Han river, allowed for easy access to the riverside park and provided a beautiful view of the river and city from my room. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was top-notch, and the modern amenities, such as the TV in the bathroom, added a touch of luxury. The staff were friendly and efficient, always following up on my requests quite quickly.
