The hotel was conveniently located in the south part of the city, close to the metro station. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English well. The room was comfortable and clean, with daily housekeeping service. Complimentary water and room service were provided, which was convenient. the service and facilities were excellent.

The hotel had great facilities and was very clean. We were impressed with the modern and comfortable rooms. The location was convenient, with bus stops, subway stations, and popular attractions like COEX Mall within walking distance.
Nothing to dislike, but there was some minor noise from the nearby road during the night.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities. The staff, especially Hazel, who spoke English fluently, was incredibly helpful. The location was a bit off the commercial area, but it was still convenient and easily accessible. the best aspect of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel room exceeded all of our expectations. The staff, especially the front desk manager, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with our needs. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we particularly enjoyed the breakfast and the easy transportation options available, including being very close to the airport bus stop and normal buses around this city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel room exceeded all of our expectations, and it was always cleaned to a pristine and immaculate condition. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the stunning river view from our room was absolutely beautiful. The location was incredibly convenient, with several bus stations only a 5-minute walk away and a metro station just 10 minutes away on foot.
